At Wei's Western Wear, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your boots don't fit or your denim isn't just right, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn items with original tags.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and boots are placed back in their original box.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and securely tape it to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Ship and Refund

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; once received and inspected, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.
